any tips on how to improve natural light in an apartment? i have south-facing windows, but other buildings block out the light.

sorry to hear it. i lived in an apartment with no windows one year. time seems to melt together. i don't have any good solutions

thanks. i guess you were still going out most of the time? it hits different when you're indoors 95% of the time.
